The idea
Give a brokerage office one place for every property, client and deal, with each agent seeing only their own work.
The need
Offices track listings, leads and follow-ups across spreadsheets and chats, so deals stall and managers can't see the pipeline.
The solution
A Next.js system with roles (admin, sales manager, agent), a property catalog with photos and ad license number, client files with an activity timeline, a five-stage Kanban pipeline, tasks and a calendar, and a reports page.
